Interview Questions
Kaizen & Nexari
UGC Brand Ambassador for Virtual Mental Health Clinic

How would you create content around a topic that some find sensitive?
When it comes to sensitive topics, I’m really intentional about keeping things gentle, honest, and human. I try to talk about these things the same way I would with a friend — validating how people might feel without being too heavy or overwhelming. I don’t believe in oversharing or being graphic for engagement. Instead, I focus on normalizing the conversation, keeping it high-level, and framing things in a way that feels supportive and safe. A lot of the time, that looks like sharing small, relatable moments or reframing things so people feel less alone rather than put on the spot. I’m very aware that everyone is in a different place, so I aim to create content that people can take or leave — no pressure, no guilt. My goal is always for someone to scroll past and feel understood, comforted, or a little less alone, even if they don’t engage.

Do you have experience with mental health or therapy? are you comfortable sharing your experience in a vague manner?
Yes, I do have experience with mental health and therapy, and I’m comfortable speaking about it in a thoughtful, non-specific way. I’ve personally navigated anxiety and depression for many years and have experience with both therapy and medication, which gives me a genuine understanding of how important accessible mental health care can be. In addition to my personal experience, I’ve also been involved in mental health advocacy and leadership. In high school, I helped lead a mental health organization and managed its social media, focusing on awareness, destigmatization, and supportive messaging. In college, my sorority’s philanthropy is connected to mental health through NEDA, so these conversations continue to be a meaningful part of my community involvement. When creating content, I’m intentional about sharing in a way that feels safe, relatable, and empowering — focusing on normalizing mental health support rather than oversharing personal details. I’m confident I can represent Kaizen & Nexari with empathy, authenticity, and respect for the audience’s experiences.
Bloom
UGC Product Testimonial Creator

any ugc video that has been successful for you? if so, link that video and give context!
Yes — while I’m early in my formal UGC journey, I’ve had strong success creating organic, testimonial-style videos on my personal TikTok that perform well and resonate with viewers. For example, I’ve shared casual, unscripted videos around lifestyle moments (fashion, routines, everyday decisions) that have generated high engagement through clear hooks, authentic delivery, and relatable storytelling. These videos perform well because they feel genuine and conversational — which is the same approach I bring to product testimonials. What translates directly to Bloom is my ability to: • Speak naturally on camera without sounding scripted • Clearly explain a benefit or personal experience • Build trust quickly through tone, pacing, and honesty I approach testimonial content as a peer-to-peer recommendation rather than a sales pitch, and I’m confident I can apply that same style to create credible, high-trust UGC for Bloom. (Examples of this style can be found on my TikTok, linked in my profile.)
