What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness is being able to get to the point of true contentedness. To get to the point where you are truly happy with where you are, with how you look, and how you feel. For me, that can include trying to eat healthy and be happy in my day to day life.

What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
Simply put, I think they just don't understand their target audience or how to best utilize social media. The best brands are able to keep up with the trends or even become influential. The worst fall behind to the point of becoming "cringey" or even patronizing.
