While working in retail, multitasking was a necessity because I had to focus on completing the tasks at hand whilst engaging with and prioritizing customers, monitoring the organization of the store, and ensuring the overall store was running well.

How do you approach a customer who seems undecided about making a purchase?
Ask them how they feel about the product, tell them about my own personal experience and love for the product, and give them personalized advice on which products they would like the best.
