What is your experience with scheduling and posting social media campaigns?
I have a lot of hands-on experience with the day-to-day logistics of getting content out, mostly from running a sports media account that I scaled to over 20,000 followers. When you're pushing for high engagement, you can't just post on the fly. I'm super comfortable mapping out a content calendar and using tools to queue everything up in advance—whether that's using native platform schedulers like Meta Business Suite or third-party apps. My usual workflow is to dive into the analytics, find the exact windows when the audience is most active, and schedule the posts to hit during those peak times. It makes maintaining a consistent posting cadence a lot easier and ensures the content actually gets seen instead of getting buried in the feed.

How do you handle client feedback on social media content?
I always treat feedback as a collaboration, not a critique, so I never take it personally. The first step is really just listening to understand the 'why' behind their request. They know their business better than anyone, but my job is to know what actually performs on the feed. If a client suggests a change that feels a bit too corporate or might hurt engagement, I’ll gently bring up the analytics or past performance to explain why keeping the content native to the platform works better. My goal is always to find that sweet spot between the message the client wants to push and the content the audience actually wants to engage with. Once we align on that, I make the edits quickly, put it out there, and let the data tell us what to tweak next.
