Share a little about your interest in fitness on campus.
My interest in fitness on campus comes from a desire to maintain my physical and mental health, even though there is limited accessibility to fitness resources. Because structured options aren’t always readily available, I’ve learned to be more intentional and creative about staying active, whether that’s doing workouts in my room, going for walks around campus, or using what little space and equipment is available. Fitness has become a way to help me manage stress, stay focused academically, and maintain balance in my daily life.
