How do you approach creating content that resonates with target audiences?
In my previous experience as a content creator on TikTok, I created “imagine” stories that were popular around 2022. This format allowed me to tap into an engaged audience who loved the storytelling trend. By staying attuned to the shifting interests of my followers, I was able to keep the content fresh and relatable, which resulted in significant growth in followers during that period. However, as trends evolved, I noticed that my followers’ engagement changed, and I realized that adapting content is crucial. I moved away from the “imagine” stories when I felt the trend was shifting towards other forms of content, like dance videos. This adaptability helped me realize the importance of understanding audience preferences and creating content that not only aligns with their interests but also keeps them engaged. For a medical school or healthcare-related content creator role, I would approach it by staying informed about the challenges and interests of the student body and medical professionals. I would focus on creating content that is both educational and relatable, such as study tips, mental health support, or relatable experiences about medical school life. By being interactive and addressing their needs, I can create content that resonates and helps support their journey.
