What role does nutrition and fitness play in your life? -- What year are you in school and what school do you go to?
I am a Junior at USC! I was a volleyball player until my Sophmore year at USC and I currently workout (lifting and pilates) everyday. Nutrition is a HUGE part of my life because I value performance deeply. I am currently on a high protein diet in calorie deficit to promote muscle growth and toning.
