What draws you to storytelling through wellness, beauty, or intentional living?
I believe storytelling through intentional living is a window to the soul. For example, when you openly share your journey with weight loss and wellness online, it’s also a constant reminder for yourself how far you’ve come while simultaneously reminding others that being healthy doesn’t have to be ridiculously expensive or painful. Vulnerability is refreshing, and I believe we need more of it in the world.

Can you share an example of a video you're proud of and explain why it resonates with your audience?
The first video on my Tiktok page is a vlog of me getting my hair done. I was super nervous to post it, but I’ve been trying to get more into “GRWMs” and lifestyle videos, so I decided to take the chance and I believe my audience was also proud of me for taking that step as well.
