Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.
I was given a project to streamline onboarding for new employees, with the end goal of reducing employee turnover. To accomplish this, I documented new hires worries and collaborated with them to brush up their product knowledge and boost confidence in ability to succeed in their new role. It was effective, because, the feedback received at the end of the training period reflected this.
