Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
For a long time I have been trying to grow my hair and just make it healthier. In middle school I had heat damage which led me to cut it off but instead of trying to maintain it healthy I kept putting it in box braids leading it to more damage. Now I’m officially trying to heal it the right way!

Personally I would be excited to try both! I’m really interested in healing my gut but also I’m in the stage of trying to grow my natural hair!
