As a former student-athlete, organized a mental health week where each day, athletes participated in a different activity such as yoga, mindful journaling massage therapy, and counseling exposure.

I am a member of my university Chapter Red Cross. I would collaborate with my organization to host informational wellness meetings, interactive outdoor booths, games, and giveaways. I also have access to athletic facilities to get athlete engagement.
