In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?

Listening is my super power. Listening to whatthe client is stating is there frustrations an hten acknowledge what they are saying. Apologizing about their discomfort and then proceed to solve the problem the best way I can based on the reach I have. If I cannot resolve the issue I will reach to the next best person it assist in the complaint. Making sure I assure the client that I will be there every step of the way. Having follow-up call is also provided as long as we have captured that data.
