After learning about BRCC, Which groups on campus would you prioritize that best resonate with our brand & Product?
After learning more about BRCC’s mission and vibe, I’d prioritize connecting with student groups that align with your values of service, grit, and unapologetic energy. A few that stand out: 1. ROTC and Veteran Student Organizations – This is a natural fit. These students already align with BRCC’s military roots, and engaging them with exclusive events, coffee drop-offs, or collab merch would feel authentic and appreciated. 2. Campus Gym/Weightlifting Communities – BRCC’s bold, high-caffeine identity pairs well with students who are up early, training hard, and living high-intensity lifestyles. Sponsoring early-morning “Lift + Sip” sessions or gym collabs would grab attention. 3. Business & Entrepreneurship Clubs – BRCC’s founder story is inspiring to students building something of their own. Sharing the brand’s journey or offering mentorship collabs could build loyalty and spark interest. 4. Outdoor & Adventure Clubs – Students who love hiking, camping, or getting off the grid are a great audience for BRCC’s rugged, “coffee for the wild ones” vibe. Pop-up coffee booths at their events would work great. These groups already live BRCC’s values — we’d just be putting coffee in their hands and giving them a reason to rep the brand proudly.

Can you share a time when you successfully promoted a product or brand on social media?
One example that comes to mind is when I helped promote the launch of Crowdcore, an AI-powered platform that connects brands with creators. I used my personal Instagram and LinkedIn to build awareness before launch, sharing behind-the-scenes moments, teaser posts, and even little “day in the life” clips that gave people a peek into what we were building. Instead of just posting graphics or announcements, I focused on storytelling — why the product mattered, what problem it solved, and how it tied into my own journey. I also engaged directly with comments and DMs, which helped turn casual viewers into real supporters. The result? People didn’t just check out the product — they rooted for it. And that’s what I’d aim to bring to Black Rifle Coffee too: authentic content, real connection, and a sense of community that lasts beyond a single post.

How would you creatively engage with Students on campus to increase brand loyalty?
To build brand loyalty for Black Rifle Coffee on campus, I’d focus on creating authentic, community-driven experiences that reflect both the brand’s bold personality and students’ lifestyle. 1. Pop-up Coffee Activations: Host pop-up “brew and shoot the breeze” mornings with free samples, music, and conversation. Set up near high-traffic areas like student centers or libraries to catch early risers and cram-session survivors. 2. “Fuel the Hustle” Care Packages: Partner with campus orgs or study groups to deliver late-night study kits featuring BRCC coffee pods, stickers, and discount codes. It’s memorable and thoughtful — students remember brands that show up during finals week. 3. Campus Ambassador Program: Recruit student reps who already love the brand to represent it through tabling, giveaways, and content. Let them share BRCC through their lens — gym sessions, ROTC mornings, or creative routines. This keeps it real and relatable. 4. Meme-worthy Marketing: Launch a bold, funny social campaign with shareable content like “Which BRCC roast matches your major?” or “Coffee that hits harder than your 8 a.m. class.” Humor travels fast on campus. The goal is to show up where students are — physically and culturally — while staying true to Black Rifle Coffee’s strong, unapologetic voice.
