Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
This year I made a mushroom bourguignon pot pie and a chick’n pot pie using vegan chicken from gardein. Other meat substitutes we have used in the past are from a local vegan deli called the be-hive. The side dishes are usually just southern style veggies. For dessert my family loves pie so we had a vegan and gluten free sweet potato pecan pie a la mode with soy cream from Trader Joe’s.
