Who is a Canadian celebrity/influencer/musician that represents mischievous play and why?
Ryan Reynolds is a great example of mischievous play through his Mint Mobile campaigns. The cell industry is so dominated by only a few core brands and through his humorous advertising that promoted the low cost of Mint Mobile it allowed him to score a deal recently with T-Mobile. I think his personality and marketing approach for the Mint Mobile brand set him apart in the industry and it poked fun at the cellular giants through funny ads which people enjoyed.

Is there a subculture in Canada that you think would be super interesting to study? Why?
Researching the Toronto Gen Z culture of their fashion and lingo would be really interesting. There are a lot of unique words and somewhat of an accent from people in Toronto and it would be super interesting to look into this more, especially how other cultural influences have played a factor.
