If something isn’t working properly (for example, Instagram posts aren’t sharing to Facebook), how would you approach diagnosing the issue?
I would first check the network connection. If the network connection was working properly, I would move on to checking to verify the Instagram and Facebook accounts are connected. If the accounts are indeed connected, I would look into any site-specific issues. If there were no site-specific issues, I would look into whether or not the file size was too large or if the content didn't meet either platform guidelines.
