Repeating the core message across calls, socials, and recruiting ensures everyone understands and believes in it.

If a candidate was being difficult on a call, I’d stay calm and professional the whole time. I’d listen carefully to what they’re saying, try to understand where the pushback is coming from, and redirect the conversation back to the role and expectations. If it seemed like they weren’t a fit, I’d still make sure the call ended respectfully so they leave with a positive impression of the company.
