I think Nicole Laeno is one of the creators who are highly motivated and positive in terms of work ethic and life. She is currently a senior applying for college and has a big following on many social media platforms.

How would you approach sourcing influencers from different creator communities?
I would first try to research and go through all the social media platforms the influencer utilizes to figure out their style, target audience and engagement level. Then I would assess if they are appropriate for the communities that are offered.
