I would absolutely listen and attend to the customers complaints and hear out their concerns. I would offer a solution to the customer that satisfies them and also matches company standards. Whether or not that is issuing a refund, processing a return/new shipment.

If I didn't like this product, I would approach it calmly because its not the company's fault! I would contact the owner of the company just stating that I could not proceed with promoting the product since I believe in authenticity.

In a few sentences, what current food trends do you think Ciao Pappy marinara sauces could jump on?
I think bagels are still a pretty apparent food trend, so promoting this product in a pizza bagel type of meal would be really cool. I also think the social media trend "girl dinner" could be a great opportunity for this product by showing this sauce with some pizza rolls or something similar.
