My strategy for creating engaging content is to make it feel authentic, relatable, and entertaining while still delivering a clear message. I focus on strong hooks in the first few seconds to capture attention, whether that's through a question, a relatable situation, or a visually interesting moment. From there, I use storytelling to keep viewers engaged and create content that feels natural rather than overly promotional. I also pay close attention to current trends, popular audio, and platform-specific best practices, but I always adapt them to fit the brand's identity. When creating content, I think about what would make someone stop scrolling, watch until the end, and share it with a friend. I prioritize real-life moments, lifestyle integration, and genuine experiences because audiences connect most with content that feels authentic.

How do you stay updated with social media trends?

Staying on top of social media trends is a daily part of my routine. I spend time every day analyzing content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and creator accounts to identify emerging sounds, editing styles, storytelling formats, and audience interests before they become oversaturated. I also follow top lifestyle, beauty, and wellness creators, monitor trending audio, and pay close attention to what brands are doing successfully in the UGC space. Because I manage social media for a med spa and create my own content, I'm constantly testing trends in real time and learning what drives engagement. I focus not only on what's trending, but also on how to adapt trends in a way that feels authentic to a brand's voice and audience

How would you bring Red, White & Blueberry into your actual summer? Be specific — where you’ll be, what you’re doing, and how the product naturally fits into those moments.

As a 21-year-old college student, Red, White & Blueberry would fit naturally into many of the moments that already make up my summer. I split my time between Scottsdale, San Diego, and Newport Coast, spending my days at the beach, on boating trips, attending fitness classes, creating content, and exploring with friends. The product would naturally be featured during long summer days in the Arizona heat, beach weekends in Southern California, road trips between destinations, and fourth of July celebrations in Newport Coast. I love creating lifestyle, focused content that feels aspirational but authentic, so I would showcase Unwell as part of my real routine from getting ready with friends, to beach days, to post-workout recovery and staying energized throughout busy summer weekends. Because I'm constantly documenting my life through TikTok and Instagram, I can create content that feels organic rather than promotional, helping audiences see how Red, White & Blueberry fits seamlessly into the summer experiences they're already planning themselves.
