How do you create content that can go viral?
Posting about popular topics, things that are relatable to the masses. Consistency with posts - 3 posts a day for example. Using popular #'s. Creating memorability and association to the brand for the viewers. This can be done by having a common theme in content or a slogan for example - this would vary depending on the content type and business goals. This is done in order to create a mental link for viewers to the business. For example, majority of the population when they hear the whistle from McDonalds adverts their brain will instantly associate it with the restaurant. This is because they have successfully created a memorable association with their brand through this sound through consistency and uniqueness. Although there are many more steps - a vital component I will finish with is that every video should feel like a part 1 - leaving viewers wanting more and eager to know more about the brand.
