Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
While running my small business, I built a strong connection with Luca Bond, a content creator who perfectly reflects my brand, Tropical Slimes. She loved my products and consistently promoted them, even featuring them in her "Get Ready With Me" videos.Our relationship deepened when she reached out after a personal loss, asking to include my slimes in gift baskets for two young girls. This aligned with my mission—to bring joy to others—so I was more than happy to help. She continued to support my brand, and we stayed in touch personally.Now, we’re working on a special product line together, a collaboration we know her audience will love. This experience showed me the power of genuine connections in business—going beyond sales to build meaningful relationships.

What types of creators do you typically like to follow?
I like to follow creators who share vlogs, "get ready with me" videos, and lifestyle content. I’m drawn to people like the Ha Sisters, Katie Fang, Pagie Taylor, Rhegan Coursey, Evange Petrakis, Chloe Abeth, and others who reflect my own lifestyle. Their mix of style, entrepreneurship, luxury living, and college life resonates with me, making their content both relatable and inspiring. I love watching creators who feel like a reflection of me and my interests, from running a business to curating an effortless, high-end aesthetic.

Have you had sales or account management experience?
I may not have worked in a traditional sales or account management role, but by running my own business, I’ve gained experience in both. I marketed my products by creating content, posting consistently, and engaging with my audience to drive sales. I also worked with creators to promote my products and maintained a relationships for future projects. Through this, I learned how to sell effectively, build brand awareness, and maintain strong relationships, all skills that directly translate into sales and account management.
