Describe your experience coordinating marketing projects.

Most of my experience coordinating marketing projects comes from working in startups and consulting teams where everything moves fast, and you have to keep a lot of people aligned.

For example, at Work Onward, I ran a lot of our multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Instagram, and email. I was basically the person making sure product, sales, and design were on the same page. We did weekly check-ins and used HubSpot to track everything, which actually helped us ship features faster and grow monthly users.

At the Queens Collect Tech Incubator, I coordinated marketing workshops for founders. That meant creating all the planning docs, setting deadlines, and making sure marketing, product, and even finance teams had what they needed. I also built marketing playbooks that everyone could follow, which made it easier to keep projects consistent.

Then at Origen Consulting, I was the project lead for a 10-person SEO and content team. I coordinated writers, designers, and developers while building a year-long content roadmap. A big part of my job was just keeping everyone aligned and making sure work didn’t get stuck anywhere.

When there are marketing projects, I can break them clear steps by creating and keeping track of a project management dashboard, while keeping communication flowing so teams can move quickly.

How would you motivate a team to complete their sampling tasks on time?

As a campus ambassador myself, I'm motivated when I can put achievements and key performance indicators such as "Received best communicator in a program of 10 members". To motivate members of the sampling program, I would implement a set of goals and awards for the top members, incentivizing them to put their best efforts forward.
