what's an idea for an event at your school?
We could host “The Ultimate Glow-Up: Mindset, Hair & Hustle,” a Creator Lab x Ouai Haircare event focused on helping students feel and look their best while building their personal brand. The event would feature a panel and Q&Awith influencers, entrepreneurs, and beauty experts discussing personal branding, confidence, and balancing ambition with self-care. Students could then explore styling and self-expression stations, including a Ouai Hair Bar for quick touch-ups and tutorials, a Content Creation Corner with an aesthetic backdrop for photos and TikToks, and a Mindset & Goal-Setting Table with journaling prompts and manifestation exercises. The event would wrap up with exclusive goodies and networking, where attendees could connect with like-minded creatives, influencers, and industry professionals while receiving Ouai sample bags!! :)

What clubs/organizations are you a part of?
I am the director of New Member Education for Duke University Creator Lab. We are a club that understands the power of social media and storytelling, and we provide a home to creatives on campus. We have creators (ranging from 1k-700k followers!), producers (NBA photographers, Duke photographers, filmmakers, you name it!), marketing & brand strategists, and entrepreneurs! Here’s our mission statement: “At Creator Lab, we foster a vibrant community through a diverse range of events, speakers, training sessions, and community gatherings. These opportunities provide vital insights and guidance for individuals seeking to become advanced social media content creators.
