How would you make matcha feel fresh and exciting to a Gen Z audience without leaning on overdone aesthetics?
I’d focus more on personality, experience, and lifestyle instead of the overly aesthetic “perfect morning routine” style that’s everywhere already. I think Gen Z connects more with authenticity, humor, relatable moments, and content that feels naturally integrated into real life. Showing matcha as part of productivity, creativity, late-night work sessions, gym routines, or everyday resets would feel more fresh and genuine while still making the product look appealing.

What type of short-form content performs best on TikTok in your opinion?
I think the best-performing TikTok content feels authentic, visually engaging, and easy to relate to within the first few seconds. Short-form videos that combine personality, storytelling, trends, and a natural vibe usually perform really well because they don’t feel overly polished or forced. People connect most with content that feels real, entertaining, and visually satisfying while still providing some kind of value or emotion.
