During the holiday season my family tends to make a lot of food from our polish heritage. This includes sausages, pierogi, schnitzels, and anything pickled. On Christmas Day we are not able to eat meet, so we usually tend to make fish. For beverages we tend to have wine, juices, and water. I especially love to bake anything and everything during the holidays.

An app that has great User Experience is Uber. Uber is easily navigated by new and returning users. Even people who tend to be less familiar with newer technology are able to navigate through the app and book a car. It provides flexibility by allowing you to reserve a car for the future or get one immediately. They also added safety features such as sharing your ride information with a trusted contact which makes more vulnerable people more comfortable when booking an Uber alone. They also do a good job integrating their other lines of business (such as Uber Eats) into their rideshare app. Lastly, They make it very easy to file a complaint if something goes wrong on one of your trips, and resolve issues almost immediately.

I would begin by gathering data from platforms, Google Analytics, etc. and create dashboards and models to evaluate success of competitors.
