If there is an issue with ringing up a customer's credit card, I would ask them if they have another payment method and alert my supervisor.

A customer is rude to you in person. How do you react?
If a customer is rude to me, I would respond in a polite manner. I would first apologize for my part, remind them of company policies, and try to come up with a solution to remedy the matter. For me personally, I think that customer satisfaction is of upmost priority.

What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?
A wellness/beauty brand that I think has great social media presence is Aquaphor. Aquaphor promotes their product as is and has produced products that they have advertised, allowing all people to help promote the products. What sets them apart is that they appeal to the consumer market simply by marketing honestly. There are a lot of brands that advertise their products by highlighting things that they think that consumers want to hear, but it now becomes a liability issue because consumers found out that the brand false advertised.
