I see brand-building content as what creates trust, connection, and long-term loyalty with an audience, while purchase-driven content is more focused on clear value and conversion. The strongest strategy is combining both—building trust first, then guiding that audience toward a purchase in a natural way.

I would do the day in the life as I said in the previous question. I would do a day in the life showcasing me going to the gym and or studying and showing me opening the drink and saying what it is and what it's going to help me with for the day!

How would you increase engagement for a new Supplement brand on social media?
I would post different types of video and split test them and see what does well, like maybe a day in the life showing me going to the gym and drinking the product, and also showcasing me talking about the product.
