Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
Through the use of a Google Sheet, I will list an influencers' contact information and their current relationship with pager (ex: negotiating, in contact, waiting for response, etc.) to update the pager team. Moreover, I will include notes about each influencer for the pager team's accessibility. By utilizing a platform where the information is clear, organized, and usable by the whole team encourages better communication between the two parties. Additionally, by analyzing user statistics, I will determine pager power users and present the pager team with potential candidates to expand the ambassador program. Overall, I will implement a data base system where information is accessible by any member on the pager team and anaylze this data to provide weekly findings.
