How would you creatively showcase the protein cookies?

I would film a “post-Pilates reset routine” showing my typical routine after finishing a workout class. The video would start with a quick clip of me leaving Pilates, then transition to my recovery moment, where I stop by Insomnia Cookies to grab the new Protein Cookies. I’d highlight the warm cookie pack and show myself enjoying one as my post-workout treat, talking about how it’s the perfect balance of something sweet while still delivering 11g of protein. The content would feel lifestyle-driven, cozy, and authentic to my routine.

Walk us through how you'd build a content calendar from scratch

To build a content calendar from scratch, I would first define the brand’s goals, audience, and content pillars. For a brand like HORMBLES CHORMBLES, that could include pillars such as product education, lifestyle/snacking moments, humor, and trending content, along with UGC from creators or customers. Next, I would map out weekly themes and posting frequencies for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), ensuring a balance of entertaining content, product-focused posts, and community engagement. I’d also incorporate trend monitoring, influencer collaborations, and seasonal moments to keep content relevant and timely. Finally, I’d organize everything in a monthly calendar with planned posts, captions, and creator collaborations, while leaving room for reactive content and trending moments. I’d track performance each week and adjust the calendar based on what content drives the most engagement and conversions.
