What tools or strategies would you use to schedule social media posts efficiently?
I maintain a thorough Google calendar and check items off as I have posted or scheduled them. I like a thorough calendar with the social media channels I will be posting on and what the content entails. I did this for my past position that I had for over two years and it worked perfectly.

How would you increase engagement on a new Instagram account?
I would utilize trending audios, trending hashtags, and I would analyze the creator search insights tool, which shows where there is a gap in content and determines what will gain virality.
