I’d focus on “micro-moments on campus”, quick snaps of college life that people love to share but don’t always feel big enough for Instagram. That kind of content promotes Scoopz as the place for everyday student life, not overly curated, just the fun stuff everyone relates to and wants to scroll through.

I focus on grabbing attention in the first second with a clear hook, a quick problem to solve/or a good visual. I keep videos fast paced and short so people watch to the end, and I use topics to help the algorithm push them out. I also post consistently and engage with comments, so the content keeps circulating. 

One of my most successful pieces was a “day in my life” TikTok on campus. I kept the pacing quick and focused on small relatable moments, coffee run, and my game day outfit, with a trending sound and short caption. It performed really well because it felt personal and familiar to other students, and people commented about having the same routines.
