How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
I think Gen Z would like to embrace both aspects of the modern work-world. Hybrid jobs tend to be the most beneficial for young people because they incorporate traditional in persona work life with the future movement of most things: technology. As a young person, I have grown up with technology and am pretty familiar with it. However, I do appreciate the human connection In person work provides. If I was chosen for this position I would love to be able to explore this topic to its fullest capacity and truly find out what my generation wants out of their work life.
