As a Gen Z individual, I know firsthand that many of us want to work from home as well as have a flexible schedule. For my future career as a physical therapist, I will be shaping the way I work by opening my own practice and therefore making my own schedule that aligns with my own life as well as the schedules of my patients. Gen Z-ers want to have time for the things they love while also making money in the career they love!
