Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
As a former high end retail worker, I worked with difficult clients on a daily basis. The key to handling these issues is staying calm, keeping a detailed record/notes of all interactions and requests, and being flexible while still staying firm on your non-negotiables.
I have also witnessed corporate client communication first hand as a former summer student worker in the Corporate security and legal departments for a Fortune 200 Oil and Gas company. While in this role I sat in on multiple potential client & current client meetings. These were often large contract relationships that had to be navigated with professionalism and grace.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
I LOVE spreadsheets!! I organize every aspect of my life (due dates, calendar, projects, contact info, etc) in spreadsheets. By storing everything in one specific organized area, I can ensure that I will not miss anything/loose valuable information.
