As someone who has suffered through anxiety and depression for most of my life, journaling has been an outlet I have turned to and thoroughly benefitted from. At the beginning of every month I write out prompts for each day and along with those prompts I will allow myself space to write about whatever is on my mind. It is an everyday activity that I know will always help center me.

I would be a great moderator due to my ability to easily connect and communicate with others. I can keep conversations flowing and feeling natural without no awkward silences or lack of topics.

My current favorite brand is Dickies. This is due to the variety of clothing products they provide as well as the comfortability of each piece that I own and the good quality. I am rarely seen wearing something I am uncomfortable in so one can always catch me wearing my dickies over most other things.
