I am open to growing, as social media is a very fluent platform. One of the best parts of this is the ability for adaptation, so maybe this looks like bringing in a new platform to advertise to or gaining more responsibility in different areas.

What would be your first goal you set for yourself during this internship?
My first goal would be to create an original video to post on TIktok that I am proud of. My goal for the video would be to produce more attraction, maybe an increase in post interactions based on how the account is performing already. The first video would be a well-filmed maybe vlog style or aesthetic clean with me or get ready with me.

What's the most important aspect when managing a brand's image and when building the brand's social media presence?
I think that embodying the company's values in all aspects of its marketing is important. For example if one value is inclusivity, highlighting that via instagram photoshoots and using inclusive language in all shared posts. The most import. Other ways to do this are maybe if a brand values customer connection opening up platforms on their socials that allow for customer feedback, perhaps instagram Q&As. Building the social media presence that aligns with the company's heart is important.
