What's something out of the box that you've done in a previous role that showcased your willingness to work and flexibility?
I am easily adaptable. When asked by coworkers I able to easily change positions from cook to cashier and help customers while restocking at the same think as it is busy during the weekends.

How would you handle a lack of response or rejection in a sales role?
I would follow up to attain a response if the position had been filled. If rejected I would have responded thankful to the opportunity to have made it as far as I did. I may ask if they may be another position available I may be a good fit.
