How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Beforehand, I would ask the team if they had questions about their task so that they can work with a clear mind. Afterwards, I would set clear dates to check up the members' progess before the final date and give relevant feedback. Having a clear time table makes the work more efficient.
