What is a brand that could improve their social media presence and how would you recommend they improve it?
Alo Yoga, I think that Alo Yoga is becoming more and more popular. It is competing with top workout clothing companies like Lululemon that are more established and known for customer service. Both these companies are lacking in brand voice and relatability. I think that if Alo Yoga were to increase their brand voice overall and create a "personality" for themselves they would attract more consumers who value knowing a company and feeling like there is a bond between consumer and corporation.
