Describe how you manage your time when juggling multiple deadlines. Give a specific example
I am a huge believer in lists and prioritization. Start with what is most pressing and work your way back from there. Say if I had 3 different tasks all needing to be finished before lunch; I would break down exactly what those 3 things are and based on how long I think each one would take me, give myself time limits to keep myself on track. Also as I previously said the order in which I do things always starts with the most difficult/pressing matter at hand.

Tell us about a time you taught yourself a new tool or skill without being asked. What was it, and how did you approach learning it?
When I worked within a real estate office I would often times have to teach myself how to amend, cancel and process different listings from several different real estate boards each that have their own unique process. Usually there weren't very many realtors in office as they tend to work from home so it would be entirely up to me to solve any issues that came up along the way.
