Can you describe a time when your feedback influenced a product or service?
I was working at Caribou Coffee, and my coworker was struggling with making a certain drink. This type of drink needed to be made a certain way in order for it to taste good. I provided positive feedback and showed my coworker how to make the drink. We passed it to the customer and they said that it might be their new favorite. Helping out my coworker make someone else's day from a product was extremely fulfilling.
