If someone asks ‘How do I make my coffee taste better without sugar?’—how would you respond?
Honestly, fresh beans and grinding right before brewing made the biggest difference for me. I used to load up on sugar just to make it drinkable lol.Also weird tip, pinch of salt in the grounds kills the bitterness. Game changer. And ngl, I’ve been using POCA lately and it just makes the coffee taste smoother? Like I don’t even want sugar anymore. Didn’t expect that but yeah it just works for me.
