What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
Engaging on other posts. Social media managers should start each day by liking and commenting on posts on their explore, posts with similar hashtags, posts of accounts they follow, their tagged posts, and posts of those that follow them. I promise make this a habit, 30 minutes in the morning of engaging with your social community you will see improvement in engagement.
