Interview Questions
Inner Journey: Mental Clarity
Campus Brand Ambassador

What are you involved with on campus that would be relevant to this position?
I’m Social Chair for Phi Kappa Tau, which means planning and executing events end-to-end—vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, risk management, and marketing to drive turnout. That’s been the most relevant leadership experience for staying organized and delivering under pressure.

Have you ever struggled to communicate something important to someone close to you?
Yes. I’ve had times where I needed to bring up something like shared responsibilities with a roommate or close friend, and I didn’t want it to come off as criticism. I learned to be direct but calm: I brought it up at a good time, focused on the specific behavior—not the person—and suggested a simple solution. It made things way smoother, and I got more comfortable having honest conversations earlier instead of letting frustration build.

Why are you interested in working with Inner Journey?
I’m interested in working with Inner Journey because the mission aligns with what motivates me—helping people build healthier habits and feel better long-term. I also like that the work blends empathy with execution: listening to real user needs, improving the experience, and measuring impact. I’m excited about contributing in a role where I can bring strong communication, a bias for action, and a team-first mindset.
