Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
I qualified for nationals for DECA 2023 Team Entrepreneurship. My partner and I had to make a business plan together on the spot from the details we were given. Then, we had to give the business pitch to a judge who scored us. The competition was very on the spot, and my partner and I successfully found a way to incorporate both of our ideas into a comprehensive business plan. We placed in the top 10 at state and qualified for nationals.
