If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
If a customer left a negative review, I would reply back as soon as possible in order to let the customer know we as a brand care about every individual experience with our product. It is also important to generally reply to comments (positive and negative) to let the customers know we are constantly willing to work with them and take suggestions in order to create the best product possible. That said, I would respond by saying something like, "I am so sorry to hear our product did not meet your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us at [given platform / email address] with any further questions or concerns. We truly value you as a customer and would love to fulfill your expectations if you'll give us another chance!
