I actually really like that mix. I enjoy creative work, but I’m just as happy jumping in on hands-on tasks like packing orders or organizing the studio. It feels good to be involved in all parts of the process and to support the team wherever needed.

How do you stay organized when managing multiple tasks?
I stay organized by breaking tasks into a list, prioritizing what’s most urgent, and using tools like calendars or reminders to keep everything on track. I check in with myself regularly to adjust and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

When I’m unsure how to do something, I dive in! I start by researching, asking questions, and looking for examples, then I jump in and figure it out step by step, learning as I go.
