What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling plays varying roles in my life depending on my ongoing circumstances - Currently, journaling is serving the role of a therapist and a professional organizer all in one. I've been carrying my journal with me everywhere I go - I alternate between word vomiting thoughts to get them out of my head and writing curated to-do lists and planning out my weeks.
