What's something out of the box that you've done in a previous role that showcased your willingness to work and flexibility?
I helped a vehicle insurance firm go paperless because I noticed during my customer success calls, that 100-page packets were being sent to their address when instead the packets could have been sent via email.

How would you handle a lack of response or rejection in a sales role?
I would push to find the "why," of the rejection, to understand if there were points I could refute, or if the product was genuinely not a great fit for the customer.
